CRM Not Showing All Tabs
If the CRM is not showing all the tabs according to your role, after login.
That means you are not entering the correct password for the CRM, instead you are entering the Oracle EBS password.
As the CRM password is separate then the Oracle EBS password. And the system allows you to login your Oracle EBS account also.
Hence system recognize you as
Self-Service
User.
Please make sure to enter the correct password according to your CRM account.
It is recommended to have the same password for both the Oracle EBS and the CRM, to neglect this issue.
